I know all of the forum threads so far have all been loosely comics based if not always Booster-centric, but I thought I would change things up a bit. for those of you that don't know, I live in Nebraska, which means that the weather changes all the time, but it generally sucks (really cold winters(sub-zero), really hot summers(upwards of 110 with 90% humidity) and severe weather (tornadoes, hail, thunderstorms, blizzards, high winds (plains state) and of course ice storms)) as anyone in the Northern hemisphere can tell you, it is currently winter-time, and in Nebraska that means snow. it has snowed the last two days, and is supposed to snow again this weekend, in the last two days the snow has been fairly light, only 6 inches (5 today) and the temperature was about 8 in the daytime. I think its safe to say I'm ready for spring so everything can warm up and I can drive somewhere without ten minutes of either breaking the shell of ice covering my car or clearing off all my windows and de-icing my windshield wipers. btw, I deliver pizza as my job, so I'm constantly de-icing my wipers. it sucks, you have to do it bare handed and working with ice with bare hands can only last so long before you lose feeling in your fingers. oh well, 6 months from now it'll be sweltering, and I'll be complaining that my car is a blast furnace. I envy the south and coastal areas, they think 40 degrees is cold, they have no spines.

So you started this thread to complain about the weather because you are stuck inside and have cabin fever?

You know, this makes me think about Booster Gold. (Surprise, surprise.) Sure, he's now based in Arizona, but for years and years he was based in Metropolis or New York. Both of those cities are north of Nebraska, I think I've seen him in a snow scene (not counting his trips to Alaska or Evererst), like, twice. Does he always take his crime fighting to a milder clime during the winter months?

And I'm sorry, but 40 degrees IS cold.

40 degrees Fahrenheit is cold? We have 30 degree here and I don't even have my window closed. I like it a bit fresher.
