A bit similar to my earlier thread where I asked with whom you would like to see Booster come to blows with, here you can talk about your dreams and wishes for the Future of Booster Gold, for example like him being reunited with Ted.

Here some of the things I would like to see happen:

I would love to see that Booster tries (secretly) to get control of K.O.R.D. Industries. For one as a service to his dead friend, and on the other hand having access to the technologies of K.O.R.D. Industries would certainly not be a bad thing, even if he has access to future tech as a Time Master.

Resolve the Black Beetle arc. Going on for years, we hardly know anything about him except that he is collecting dangerous technology. I hoped that Vanishing Point would speed his arc up a bit, but that did not really happen.

Have some old/former supporting cast members show up, or at least refer to them. I don't think it would be such a great idea to try to bring Trixie & co back as a regular feature of the the comic, but a shout-out would not hurt.

Mentioned several times before, can't hurt to do it once more: I would love to see Booster getting his hand on a green lantern ring, even if just for a single issue. For one I want to see Hal going apeshit when the words “Michael Jon Carter of Earth..you have the power to overcome great fear” are spoken...and I would love to see him using the ring to beat the villain of the Month by creating light constructs of his JLI comrades (dead & alive).

But enough of my wishes..what are yours?

I agree that we are long overdue a look back at Booster's old supporting cast. It seems unlikely that Booster, a fellow so long mired in denial over Ted's death, wouldn't use his time-travel abilities to turn back the clock to look in on his old business partners. Who doesn't take an occasional look at how their old friends and flames are doing? (Okay, I admit it: I just want to know whatever became of Jack and Jill, Booster's pet cats.)

mh why would he need to time travel to do that? Are not most of his old supporting cast still alive? (Or at least were never declared as dead)? And having Rani play with Jack & Jill in the background would be a nice touch.

what ever happened to Dirk? last I saw him was in Extreme Justice and I forget what happened to him after that.

I want Jurgans and Geoff Johns on writing, with Jurgans also drawing and I want them to do more with rip, as of 41 i dont like the current writing with rip. I would like to see Boosters ancestors again Daniel and i forgot her name. also do we know who went "Bwa ha ha" at the end geoff johns' run yet? if we dont i want to know that lol

I am unaware of any references to Dirk Davis after EXTREME JUSTICE.

I would like some event that force Booster to be sneaky in present day while his friends are trying to help him. Like being set up for a murder by one of his foes.

Would be interesting to see how many heroes would stick up for him considering his reputation..though at least the remaining JLI seem to respect him right now...but if there is one thing Booster is good at, it is losing said respect in a heartbeat *g*

I dunno I think it could vary depending on the situation. If he was accused of murder you'd get some of his nay sayers arguing if he was smart enough to murder someone or if his recklessness led to said persons' death. The Bats could look for proof to clear him, Daniel could fight the bad guy in his stead and it could play into how much the JLI trust him even though he keeps things from them.
