RE: The question of whether Booster will still be a time cop post-FLASHPOINT:

Jurgens: Booster will still regard protecting the time stream as a main aspect of his mission. However, the JLI will take up more of his time at the start. As for any individual plot threads that might carry over, time will tell.

RE: Booster's new POS costume:

Jurgens: I like the look! Originally, we weren’t going to change it much, but we ended up with something that ties in very well with the end of our FLASHPOINT story. Jim Lee actually came up with the look, though I suggested a tweak or two.

Glad Booster will still be a time cop and hope his family gets to meet his friends in JLI.

Although I would have preferred if they didn't change much with his uniform.

One though that occured to me..aren't all known members of the new JLI "public" Heroes without a secret identity? Batman being the obvious exception, but my guess is that is position will be more in the shadows, maybe not even being an offical member (from the UN's view).

It would sort of make sense that an offical UN team is limited to human Heroes with known identities instead of Aliens and masked vigilantes.

You may recall that Batman was not a full-time member of the original JLI. He stepped back into a "reserve" role when the UN sanctioned the team, and rarely went into the field with the team afterwards.

Surprised how close I got, used even the same phrases. Now I am worried that my other theories might be very close to what we get as well, since I don't like most of my ideas.

Don't be so hard on yourself! Just because you don't like your ideas doesn't mean that Dan DiDio and Jim Lee don't.

Batman as a "secret teammate" kinda works I guess..
Though I still hate the new suit :/

And when it's not Bat's, it's Superman's kneecaps...what with these silly designs?? Jim Lee & co sure surpassed themselves on this whole "redesigning their franchises" thing...
