I just can't think of a logical reason to cancel JLI, a book selling over 30,000 copies a month, while continuing books like Firestorm, Batwing, or Blue Beetle that are only selling 15-20k a month.

The only reasonable explanation I can see is that they plan to retool/relaunch the series instead of simply switiching the team (like on other titles that are not doing as well as they could), because another JLI #1 will start with higher numbers than JLI #13 under a different team.

BleedingCool reports the rumor that another JL title will start around january to replace JLI. But it is only a rumor and even if true does not mean that it will feature the JLI, or more important, Booster.
