Page 2, panel 2
Booster Gold stands in the dark alongside the many heroes rescued from Amanda Waller's black site prison on Gamorra Island. For details on the escape, see Wonder Woman #13.
Page 4, panel 3
Turnabout being fair play, Booster Gold joins the many heroes who are attacking Amanda Waller's black site prison on Gamorra Island, where the defenses are led by Sarge Steel. In this and other panels in this book, Booster will appear alongside Air Wave, Aquaman, Batgirl, Batman, Big Barda, Black Adam, Black Canary, Blue Beetle, Flash (Jay Garrick), Flash (Wally West), Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Impulse, Martian Manhunter, Mister Terrific, Negative Man, Nightwing, Raven, Robin (Damien Wayne), Sin, Starfire, Superboy (Conner Kent), Superman, Superman (Jon Kent), Wonder Girl, Wonder Woman, Zatanna, and Zealot. Beast Boy and Plastic Man will be seen at this same battle, though they do not share any panels with Booster Gold.
Page 7, panel 5
During the ensuing fight, Booster is seen behind Black Canary's right leg. We'll be seeing this again.
Page 11, panel 3
All five of Amanda Waller's pet Amazos (Depth Charge, Global Guardian, Last Son, Paradise Lost, Velocity) arrive on the battlefield.
Page 12, panel 1
Remember page 7? It's back! Booster Gold and Black Canary's legs are seen flipped horizontally in Amanda Waller's monitor. Maybe this is what is wrong with Waller; she sees the world in reverse: left is right, good is bad, order is chaos. This is Booster's last appearance in this issue.
Boosterrific Review: Generally speaking, this issue is passable, standard superheroics like the three that preceded it. But if you look past the glossy surface, there's a lot of missing connective tissue and at least a couple of undeserved, underwhelming plot twists. Now that we've reached the end of this event, to borrow a phrase from Boosterrific Blog commenter Grant, "it feels like a disingenuous waste of time."
Boosterrific Rating: Tarnished.
