Brief Synopsis: Booster Gold leads the Justice League against the Fox.

Issue Summary: After a brief flashback detailing the birth of Stormwatch team leader Adam One, Stormwatch is seen aboard their space station headquarters dealing with the threat posed by the moon. As Adam One struggles to seize control of the chaotic situation, the Engineer attempts to persuade Jenny Quantum that he should be replaced as head of Stormwatch. Meanwhile, Harry Tanner negotiates with the Scourge of Worlds on the moon to save the Earth.

Adam One joins Martian Manhunter, Jack Hawksmoor, and Projectionist in Moscow to persuade Apollo and Midnighter to join the team. In order to keep Booster Gold and the Justice League from interfering in the situation on the moon, Projectionist sends false information implicating the Fox as the culprit.

Engineer and Jenny Quantum travel to the moon to find out what Harry Tanner is up to. Engineer's actions alarm the Scourge of Worlds, and it launches an invasion force at the Earth in retaliation. Reveal Potential Spoilers
