ISSUE SUMMARY

Cover Description: Striking the familiar pose of Raising the Flag on Iwo Jima, Donna Troy, Kyle Rayner, Jason Todd, and Atom II raise a flag made from the tattered remains of Superman's cape. (No Booster Gold.)
