Booster Gold aids Elongated Man, Guy Gardner, and Power Girl in rescuing people trapped in the rubble of the Metropolis S.T.A.R. Labs building. The building was destroyed during a battle between Monarch and the heroes of Earth. This is Booster's only appearance in this issue.

ISSUE REVIEW

Boosterrific Review: Monarch's assault on Metropolis is used as the setting for the origin tale of the second Atomic Skull, enriching the epilogue for the crossover Armageddon 2001 storyline while still promoting the serial style of storytelling in the Superman family of titles. An enjoyable read for fans of Superman and the heroes of the DC Universe, though less Armageddon 2001-centric than might be expected.

Boosterrific Rating:

Gold Standard.
