Welcome to the New 52
DC introduced the line-up of the New 52 in a series of in-house ads appearing in August 2011. The text of the ads was consistent (promotion for the changes from DC Executive Editor Eddie Berganza and Co-Publishers Jim Lee and Dan DiDio_, but the cover images teased were divided into "families" of titles. The "Justice League" family included the original solicitation image for Justice League International #1, including the mysterious woman in black who would later be replaced by Godiva.
